My Home My Covenant is a real estate marketing company duly registered at SEC as K & L Covenant Partners Marketing Company on July 7, 1997.

It aims to provide a one-stop shop service for all your real estate needs. They have already catered to thousands of satisfied clients ensuring a hassle-free transaction each time.

Covenant Marketing (as known in the industry) started as an exclusive broker group selling for the Jardine Land Inc. with its flagship project Greenwoods Village in Dasmariñas Cavite, adding to that years later are their projects in Pasig known as Lexington Garden Village, Forest Ridge in Antipolo, and South Hampton in Sta. Rosa Laguna. By God’s grace, Covenant Marketing was awarded the Top Broker for Five straight years in 2000 to 2004 and as the group grew bigger, they started to market other projects and developers the following year. K&L was awarded as the Top Rookie Broker of the year for Duraville Development Inc. and Top Broker for different developers and projects like Earth and Style, Earth Prospe, Earth Aspire, C-Belle, and Britany Project In Sta. Rosa Laguna. 2011 was a homecoming of sorts as Covenant Marketing was called again to market Jardine land inc. now renamed Northpine Land inc. and again only by God’s grace was awarded as Top Broker for 2012, 2014 to 2019 (6 straight years). And after more than two decades, What started with a small band of passionate and loyal group of committed sellers has now grown to Four Divisions and hundreds of referrers worldwide and more importantly thousands of happy home owners. A testament of our commitment that “we don’t just make promises, we are Covenant keepers “ My Home My Covenant’s corporate journey can be summarized as 24 years of God’s miracles and faithfulness.
