NorthPine Land honors top sellers

HORIZONTAL community developer NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), recently held its 2nd Quarter Sales Awards to recognize the top performers from its sales network.

Emerging yet again as the top broker, Kyre Ching of K&L Covenant Partner Marketing Co., stole the prestigious award of the quarter.

For the Property Division Manager Category, the top awardee was Shiela Lim of K&L Covenant Partner Marketing Co.; Laura Venezuela, also from K&L Covenant Partner Marketing Co., was the second-place awardee; and Reinhardt Jon Duran of BF Realty took the third-place award.

Property Associates were also given recognition during the event. Bagging the top spots in this category were Bonifacio Lim of K&L Covenant Partner Marketing Co., Edna Omalde of Triune Realty, and Gloria Lalangan of RCJ Realty Holdings in first, second, and third places, respectively.

Other NLI associates and partners were give special recognition during the awards ceremony. NLI Sales Network management also announced a lineup of incentives awaiting the top sellers for the remaining months of 2016.

Trusted developer of horizontal communities NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI) awarded three of its sellers with brand new cars during its recent Annual Sales Awards.

Maria Luz Obod, Property Development Manager for Covenant Marketing, Rey Nidua, Property Associate for Inhouse Group and Kyre Ching, Broker Head for Covenant Marketing, took home Kia cars for qualifying under NLI’s rewards promo for brokers and agents in 2015.

Obod took home a Kia Rio, Nidua a Kia Picanto and Ching a Kia Carnival. The Auto Rewards Promo is only one of the many NLI offers for its brokers and sellers.

“At NorthPine, we persistently urge our sellers to perform their best and offer them rewards that are truly motivating. We make sure that the incentives we give do not only make them happy sellers but also support their work and give it more value,” shared NLI VP for Sales and Marketing, Raniel Castillo.

It was a very special Christmas for NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), one of the country’s trusted developers of leading edge communities, as it caps off 2019 with a thundering success. After a night of celebration during its Third Quarter Sales Awards, NLI team is more than ready to take on another prodigious mission ahead.

Looking back, the milestones of the company in 2019 propelled its sales performance to soar at a meritorious height. This includes the launch of Nancy and Rushmore at Montana in Pampanga, dubbed as the new #HouseGoals with features ideal for quality living. The unveiling of the new Recreation Area at Kahaya Place wowed homebuyers as well. More homes were opened in Cavite with the expansion of Kahaya Place and Kohana Grove, another remarkable achievement by NLI.

The company’s newest milestone was officially launched alongside the awarding of NLI’s best performing sellers of 2018.

The new version of www.northpineland.com is more intuitive and features an engaging user interface. Its new features include an updated price list of all the house models, high quality photos of the house facades and interiors, 360-degree virtual reality tour of the communities and some model units and a live chat support.

The new NLI blog is also one of the most exciting sections in the company’s improved digital tool. Visitors can take note of the latest food hubs, learn facts about historical places and events, learn from some home and living feature stories and exchange views with other readers or just delight in the stunning sceneries in Pampanga, Cavite and nearby towns.

The web site’s launch was the highlight of NorthPine Land’s 2018 Fourth Quarter and Annual Sales Awards held at The Blue Leaf Filipinas in Parañaque City. The major winners of Quarter 4 were: Lomavin Acolola Jr. (Top Property Associate), Maria Luz Obod (Top Property Division Manager) and Kyre Ching (Top Broker Head).

Only one was hailed as the Phoenix Awardee, the topmost accolade given to the realty group with the most outstanding current accounts, highest booked accounts and biggest cash collections for the quarter. K&L Covenant Partner Marketing Co. bagged the said award.

Meanwhile, Melody Teaño (Top Property Associate of 2018), Rey Nidua (Top Property Division Manager of 2018), Ma. Angelic Sabillo (Top 2 Broker Head of 2018) and Kyre Ching (Top 1 Broker Head of 2018) were the grand annual achievers who all drove home brand new cars.
